Sea & Vines is McLaren Vale's flagship June long-weekend festival, with 40+ wineries hosting wine tastings paired with seafood from the nearby Gulf St Vincent. The programme combines cellar-door tastings of Shiraz, Grenache, GSM blends and emerging Mediterranean varieties with seafood, live music, vineyard walks and the area's distinctive food culture. Producers including d'Arenberg, Wirra Wirra, Hardys Tintara, Coriole, Yangarra, Gemtree and Samuel's Gorge all participate. Wine festivals across Europe typically combine producer tastings with food pairings, live music, and a strong sense of place.
