TrentoDOC Festival is one of the wine festivals that anchors the Trentino-Alto Adige calendar, drawing both local visitors and international wine travellers each year. Three days dedicated entirely to Trentino's traditional-method sparkling wines under the Trento DOC appellation. Producers — Ferrari, Cesarini Sgombero, Cavit, Maso Martis, Letrari, and many smaller estates — pour current and library vintages, with masterclasses on the Alpine terroir and the use of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir at high altitude.
