ROOTS | Tintorera is a red wine made from a largely forgotten grape variety also known as Alicante Bouschet. This grape prefers deep soils and phosphorus-rich fertilizers, and when grown on trellises, it yields higher quality grapes. This wine revives the character of Tintorera with a fresh and expressive profile from the Manchuela region.
