Granitic soil, 100% encruzado. 10 months in used french oak barrels, on fine lees - Battonage. And 24 months in bottle. On the palate it is a textural wine with vibrant and linear acidity. Suggestive of ripe and juicy citrus fruits, such as lemon and lime, and fennel leaves. Its natural acidity offers the wine a prolonged and clear fruit persistence.
