La storia della Cantina della Serra

La nostra azienda è una cooperativa. Abbiamo 300 soci che conferiscono uve di alta qualità, alcune sono uve biologiche, altre in regime integrato. Tutti i vigneti sono nel Canavese, nel Nord Piemonte. Produciamo vini dal 1953, e la nostra cantina è stata creata da Adriano Olivetti, il famoso costruttore di macchine da scrivere; credeva che non possa esistere una sola economia, ma che diverse economie debbano coesistere per soddisfare e far crescere un territorio. Produciamo vini 100% da uve piemontesi: Erbaluce, Nebbiolo e Barbera. Il nostro territorio è un anfiteatro morenico fatto di rocce alpine incredibilmente varie. Ricco di fiumi, laghi, colline, montagne e pianure. Ti stiamo aspettando!

Le migliori uve per grandi vini

Solo le uve migliori provengono dalla Cantina della Serra. L'azienda produce vino da oltre mezzo decennio ed è esperta in ciò che serve per produrre una bottiglia di vino davvero squisita. Il paesaggio e il clima della regione contano molto quando si tratta di produzione di vino. Le condizioni meteorologiche e di temperatura possono avere un impatto indiretto sul modo in cui crescono le viti, su come producono frutti e, di conseguenza, sul sapore dei vini. Cantina della Serra si trova nel nord del Piemonte, in Italia, dove esiste il terroir ideale per l'uva del paese, che comprende tanto sole, scarse precipitazioni e terreno ricco. Ciò crea un ambiente perfetto affinché l'uva possa crescere con una qualità ottimale.

We visited Serra Winery for a wine tasting and a tour of the production facility. During the tour we received excellent guidance in English and our guide Chiara was warm and attentive throughout our event! We learned a lot about wine processing and got to taste interesting and good wines! We warmly recommend Serra to our friends and are looking forward to spring and the opportunity also to get to know the vines out in the field with a new tour - thank you Serra and your excellent team for the memorable afternoon at your place!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Serra Erbaluce Cellars and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. Special thanks go to the two girls who assisted me: professional, friendly and competent, they were able to advise me impeccably, guiding me in the choice of wines with passion and great attention to my preferences. Thanks to their assistance, I discovered labels that not only surprised me, but that I will definitely carry with me for special occasions. I highly recommend a visit to these cellars to anyone who wants an authentic, welcoming experience full of good wine. Congratulations to the whole team!

I visited the winery two years ago accompanied by a friend of mine. This year I brought friends from slow food Messina (restaurateurs, producers, chefs, enthusiasts, etc...). A large group that appreciated the passion, the love for the land and the cultivation of the vine which is transformed into exceptional products, first and foremost "erba luce".
