Our winery is part of a unique complex that includes Hudson and Essex, Gastronomia Italian Deli, and Prohibition at the Caverns, offering a delightful blend of dining and wine experiences.

Originally constructed in 1927 as a Hudson and Essex automobile dealership, our building has transformed into one of Central Ohio's premier dining and wine venues. We proudly source our grapes from the renowned Lodi region in California, ensuring high-quality wines crafted right on our property. Our red wines are aged in oak barrels located approximately 30 feet underground in historic caverns that date back to the 1800s. These unique caverns also serve as an exceptional dining venue, Prohibition at the Caverns, where guests can enjoy a memorable meal surrounded by history.
