Nestled in Kab Elias, Bekaa Valley, Domaine de Chouchene offers a serene escape surrounded by nature. This winery features a guesthouse, café, and a picturesque wedding venue, making it an ideal destination for relaxation and celebration.

Our Estate

Spanning five acres, our estate boasts lush gardens, orchards, and a charming 17th-century watermill along the Chouchene river. A short hike leads to our mountainside vineyard, where visitors can enjoy breathtaking views of the valley.

Our on-site restaurant serves traditional Lebanese cuisine, featuring local specialties that can be enjoyed outdoors by the river during the warmer months.

Rest and recharge in one of our 12 well-appointed rooms, some of which are located in beautifully restored 19th-century Lebanese homes. Our cozy common area, complete with a fireplace, is perfect for unwinding with a book or savoring a glass of wine.

Domaine de Chouchene offers a variety of family-friendly activities, including hiking trails, rock climbing, vineyard walks, a children’s playground, and fruit-picking. Our guesthouse serves as a convenient base for visiting nearby wineries and exploring the stunning landscapes of Bekaa Valley.

Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, and enjoy private ensuite baths and traditional amenities in all rooms. Some accommodations feature kitchenettes for longer stays. Start your day with a complimentary Lebanese breakfast, including fresh saj, local products, juices, coffee, and tea.

We welcome pets for a small fee, with a portion of the proceeds supporting animal charity BETA. Our commitment to environmental conservation and cultural heritage is reflected in our ongoing restoration projects of buildings over 150 years old.

Additionally, we harvest honey from our resident bees and offer locally-made small-batch products in our boutique.
