Domaine de La Font des Pères is located at Beausset, which is a part of the gorgeous red vintages region of Provence. The winery owns two hundred step terraces with a stunning view of the valley. The vines get the mix of cold wind and sun because of their high position to the north. Significantly, it makes the vines plunge their roots into the soils of plots for red wines. The plots below provide excellent soil for rosés and whites. The Domaine de La Font des Pères uses Mourvèdre grapes for their famous Bandol wines. These red wines are omnipresent. Indeed, the winemakers cultivate half of the estate for this specific product. Bandol wines also feature 10% Grenache. Mourvèdre, a rich, late-ripening, and powerful grape lends an extraordinary aroma and aging potential to the wines of Domaine de La Font des Pères.
