Tijdens onze vakantie in Peschiera aan het Gardameer besloten we een wijnproeverij te doen bij Tatiana, en wat zijn we blij dat we dat hebben gedaan! We kwamen iets te vroeg aan, maar werden meteen hartelijk ontvangen. We mochten rustig rondkijken in haar gezellige winkeltje terwijl zij alles voor de proeverij in gereedheid bracht. De proeverij bestond uit vijf lokale wijnen, en bij elke wijn vertelde Tatiana gepassioneerd over de herkomst, de smaak- en geurtonen, de wijnmakers en zelfs een stukje historie. Haar enthousiasme werkte aanstekelijk, en ook als je – zoals wij – nog niet veel weet van wijn, voel je je helemaal op je gemak. Wat het extra speciaal maakte, waren de bijpassende hapjes die Tatiana met zorg had klaargezet. Voor elke wijn kregen we een specifieke aanbeveling van welk hapje het best paste, en dat tilde de ervaring echt naar een hoger niveau. De sfeer was ontspannen en intiem – we konden fijn met elkaar kletsen terwijl we genoten van al het lekkers. Aan het einde kregen we zelfs nog een kleine korting, waarmee we drie heerlijke wijnen mee naar huis hebben genomen. We gaan er thuis nog vaak van nagenieten. Kortom: een bijzondere ervaring die we iedereen van harte aanraden. Dankjewel, Tatiana – we komen graag nog eens terug!

The wine tasting with Tatiana was outstanding. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable but also wonderfully friendly. We booked the tasting with five white wines and small regional delicacies. Each snack (crackers, various cream cheeses, sausage, and cheese) was perfectly paired with the respective wine and presented with great care—and even gluten-free upon request! In addition to wine tastings, gin tastings are also offered. Thank you, Tatiana!
