Great winery, great experience. The history of Vinho Porto, something unique and exciting. An experience not to be missed if you want to know one of the most important wineries of Porto and the Douro Valley.

We went to visit this winery and really liked it. It's a beautiful winery where you get an audio guide and you're free to do your own thing (which loses its charm). You tour part of the winery where they show you utensils and old artifacts. Finally, you go to a garden and an enclosed area where they let you taste three of their wines and give you an explanation (the gentleman who served us was brilliant and a 10/10).

Me and my partner enjoyed the self guided audio tour at Taylor Port. The location has an amazing view of the city. This tour was worth every penny it was followed by a port wine tasting consisting of 3 different port wines, the price was around £20 per person. The food was tasty and paired well with the selection of wines. I highly recommend it. The staff were professional and friendly. If you want to relax and have a nice walk around the celler, you must visit it. 🍷😊

I had the pleasure of taking an audio tour of the Taylor's Port wine cellar, and all I can say is, it was an unforgettable experience! As soon as I entered the cellar, I was greeted by the unmistakable aroma of port wine in the air – sweet, woody, and with a hint of ripe fruit. The tour itself was excellently structured. The audio guide led us through the cool, historic cellar buildings and recounted the fascinating history of port wine. From its beginnings in the Douro Valley to the development of today's production process – each stop was peppered with fascinating anecdotes that brought port wine to life. I was particularly impressed by the wealth of background information on the different types of port wine. I had no idea how diverse this specialty wine is! Ruby, Tawny, Vintage – for each style, there were detailed explanations of production, aging, and flavor profile that were easy to understand even for a layperson. The highlight of the tour was undoubtedly the final tasting of three different varieties. We sampled a fruity Ruby, a nutty Tawny, and a Dry White. Every sip was a delight and rounded off the experience perfectly. The combination of an informative tour and this fantastic tasting gave me a new perspective on port wine. Conclusion: A highly recommended tour for wine lovers and anyone who wants to become one! The blend of atmosphere, knowledge, and enjoyment is simply unbeatable.

Great experience! They have some vegan options - We did the guided tour, which was very interesting. It had interactive moments that made the experience more dynamic, I won't write them here so as not to spoil anything, but it's worth it! Afterwards we did the wine tasting with tapas, everything was excellent. They were even very kind in offering a vegan wine outside of the original tasting proposal, so that the whole experience was vegan-friendly. The place is beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended!
