How It All Began

The story of Uzumfermer Winery began in 2008 when the family acquired a modest 1 hectare of land. Today, the estate has expanded to 21 hectares, designed as a serene wine getaway. Nestled in the Kibray district of Tashkent, Uzumfermer is not just a winery; it offers a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, surrounded by the beauty of an exotic garden.

The Vineyards

Covering 15 hectares, the vineyards at Uzumfermer are home to over 100 varieties of table grapes and more than 20 technical grape varieties. Notable among them are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Rizamat, and Hadji Murat. The winery employs eight renowned grape-growing techniques, producing an impressive 100,000 liters of wine each year. This commitment to quality reflects the rich winemaking tradition of Uzbekistan, making it a must-visit for wine enthusiasts and travelers alike.

The winery is awesome, and the owners and staff are great and so friendly and welcoming! They did everything to ensure that our visit was wonderful. One of the guys has even gifted us fresh melons while we were walking around! And the food - the food was really good! As well as wine, of course Also there is an offer “wear pink - receive a glass of rosé” in June, so you definitely should visit them in June and in pink:)

We went there only for a little tour and to sample some fine wines. To put it simply - the experience was outstanding. The huge area seems very cozy, well-groomed and super authentic! I’d like to say extra thanks to our guide/sommelier Rufat, he was very courteous, knowledgeable and fun! Will definitely come back for some more wine and atmosphere!

We really enjoyed it. 5 stars. A large area, very interesting for walking, especially with children. Different zones have been created, a large pond with carp. There is even a basketball court and several photo zones. Good cuisine, the meat is cooked very tasty. The rooms are clean, friendly staff. The road is comfortable, smooth and not far from Tashkent. If you have been planning to come for a long time, then do not hesitate, be sure to come.

Beautiful surroundings, japanese pond, Italian park, flowers and trees. Great place for spending time with friends and family!
