Although he initially pursued a career in technology by starting an engineering company, the values he learned during his upbringing—such as problem-solving and community spirit—remained with him. The enchanting Tortonesi Hills, where the vineyards stretch towards the horizon, called him back to his roots. Modern winery in a beautiful location - oasis of peace The Vigneti Repetto winery was completely rebuilt in 2022. In addition to the modern winery with sales room, there is a conference room and the guest rooms called Orizzonti in a building wing with a separate entrance. There are 5 modernly furnished ground-floor rooms with a terrace and a great view of the hilly wine region. The rooms are bright, modern and comfortably furnished. We really liked the draft-free and low-noise air conditioning, which, together with effective insulation, ensures a pleasant temperature throughout the house even on hot summer days. The rooms have comfortable beds, a functional lighting concept, electric sun blinds and blackout curtains. A dressing area with a large mirror and open wardrobe as well as the bright bathroom with a walk-in XXL rain shower correspond to the high furnishing standard. The owners and their employees are exceptionally warm and friendly hosts who ensure that you feel at home here from the first minute. The small, fine breakfast buffet is exceptionally extensive by Italian standards - in addition to a high-quality selection of cold cuts and cheese, there was fresh bread and croissants with and without cream filling from the bakery every day. Focaccia and egg dishes prepared to order were also part of the breakfast, which we could eat on the terrace or in the breakfast room. Gian Paulo and Marina are very committed and successful in producing the great wine that grows in the Derthona hills. The employees Stefano, Marie and Laura take great care of the guests' wishes. For us, the decision to spend a week on this winery in absolute peace and quiet in a wonderful wine region was a real stroke of luck. A box of Vigneti Repetto wine should keep a little of that holiday feeling alive at home. Whenever we plan a holiday in the area around Tortona, which is (still) untouched by tourism, the Orizzonti Vigneti Repetto is our first choice. Living on the winery is special - especially when guests now also have an outdoor pool at their disposal.

We had the most amazing week here! Thank you so much Stefano and Marina for all the good care. For everyone looking for a modern, clean, pretty and delicious winery to stay. This is the best option you will find. The views are amazing and the wine is delicious, can't wait to open our bought bottles with Christmas!
