Villa Frantoio is a charming country house nestled in the picturesque Val d'Orcia region of Tuscany. The villa features a cozy kitchen and living room with a fireplace on the ground floor, while the first floor boasts 7 double rooms, each with a private bathroom. Surrounded by lush vineyards and a beautiful garden, guests can enjoy a barbecue and relax by the private pool located right in front of the house.

This spacious accommodation includes 7 double rooms and the LILLA apartment, which has a separate entrance and an additional double room. The villa can comfortably host up to 16 guests, or 18 if the sofa bed in the kitchen of the apartment is utilized. Please note that a guardian resides on the property to care for the vines.

For those looking to celebrate special occasions, a restored barn on-site is authorized for civil weddings.

From June 24^th to September 2^nd, the villa is available for weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 7 nights. The pool is open from May 15^th to September 15^th.

Guests can request a daily breakfast at our nearby restaurant, located just 550 meters from the villa, for €8.00 per person. The restaurant operates seasonally, opening for dinner on weekends starting in June, with daily service from late June to early September, excluding one closure day per week.
