After a small breakfast we will go for a truffle hunt / with a dog / to return to sample some more truffle dishes Black truffles in Istria - Prodan Tartufi 12:30 am Extra vergin olive oil…. One of the best olive oil producers will be our host. You will be given all the little secrets of tasting and recognising the „real“ extravering olive oil. 14 pm Visit to one of the best vineries in Istria. Kozlovic, Cuj or Kabola wines, you’ll see the cellars that have been in the family for over 100 years and learn more Malvazija Istriana and Teran wines. RETURN approx 16.00
