A tour with me will introduce you to the history of Bordeaux throug hthe local products and dishes. We visit independantly owned local cheese shops, meet local chefs, and cavistes. We will taste unique products from the whole of the SW of France and understand how they work with the varied wines of those regions. Bordeaux has a cuisine and wine for any palate!
