In Mongualdone, in eastern Piedmont, on the magnificent Unesco Belvedere Tortona-Sarezzano slope, Gian Paolo and his wife Marina carry on a wine project under the motto " Ancient Method, Modern Technology". This phrase summarizes their philosophy and means respect for traditions through the use of technique, which today allows us to respect nature in the vineyard and cellar, obtaining grapes of the highest quality: the primary requirement for obtaining a wine .

The tasting includes the tasting of 3 wines paired with typical local products, such as Salame nobile del Giarolo and Montebore.
