Our selected wines are served in 100ml bottles, with a technology that allows the organoleptic properties of the wine to be kept unaltered.

Our store is located in front of the Ponte Vecchio, in the center of Florence, with an exceptional view of one of the most unique places in the world.

During the tasting we will provide you with 3 brochures to measure your senses: 

  • View , you will be able to identify the correct color of the wine to discover intensity, variety and age.
  • Taste , there are only 5 tastes: bitter, acid, umami, salty, sweet; the others are aromas.
  • Smell , concentrate on the aromas that reach your nose and let yourself be guided starting from the center and recognizing the macro category (e.g. spicy,
    fruity), then try to move outwards and go down into detail.
