​Keen hiker & cyclist, Gabriele combines his love for his jobs as an English language teacher and tour guide. Graduated in Wildlife Biology & Animal Behaviour, he’s a Nature and Interpretative Guide for A.I.G.A.E. A true globe trotter, he spent 10 years living abroad, travelling widely, in particular to the American Continent, before returning to his beloved Lake Como.

Gabriele has a passion for the outdoors, for his native Lake Como region, for food, and for wine. He is keen to share his passions with those on his tours. Gabriele is one of Bike It's most tenured guides, and most coveted. He leads our Wild Tour, Tasting Tour, Wine & Bike Tour, and tours to the Ghisallo Cycling museum. On weekends he doesn't stop, but takes to the trail by foot instead.
