Hi, I’m Jen—Canadian-Swiss foodie and founder of Edible Switzerland. I craft unique food and wine experiences across Switzerland, from vineyard hikes and cellar tastings to cheese-fuelled picnics and local feasts. I am a true wine lover who seeks out the best of each region and indulges in extensive tasting experiences. I guide wine experiences in Lavaux and organize experiences in the other wine regions of Switzerland.
During my wine tours, we share stories, a gourmet picnic of local specialities—and of course—we learn about the wonderful and unique wines and wine regions of Switzerland. From discovering a winemaker with a family tree dating back to 1335 to marvelling at 100-year-old wine barrels, each tour is infused with fascinating tales that bring the world of Swiss wine to life.
