Jill, in-house sommelier at Drink In Academy

There are Mallorcan wine tours and then, there’s our Mallorcan Wine Experience. 

Our resident sommelier has been told to curate an experience she believed in. Jill created a gathering she wants to attend each and every time. 

The Experience will kick off at our Drink In Academy with a tasting of local aperitifs + historical, quintessential snacks. 

We’ll then make our way to an idyllic bodega in the heart of Mallorcan wine country. This will of course involve vineyards, the cellar and naturally (read: thankfully), more tasting. 

Lunch is something to be celebrated on this beautiful island and our aforementioned sommelier will whisk you away to her favorite spot… A meal flooded with local fare at a Mallorcan institution that has seen the likes of Paco de Lucía to Jancis Robinson! This is not to be missed and will be accompanied by some of the most exciting local and natural wines around! 

You’ll be driven from one spectacular, surprising destination to the next. The only requirements: be ready to enjoy and absorb the sights, feelings and island energies whilst being able to raise a glass or two (or more!).
