Conclude your day by returning to either your accommodation in Vigo or Santiago, or opt to savor the mesmerizing views and culinary delights of Bayona, indulging in a stay at its renowned Parador.

Continuing the adventure, the following day will see us tracing the untamed southern coast of Galicia until we reach the Portuguese border. Here, amidst the Rosal sub-region, discover wines crafted with a distinct flair, benefiting from a milder climate and unique production techniques. Explore three carefully selected wineries in this area, perhaps enjoying lunch alongside the passionate winemakers or venturing across the border to Portugal for a culinary experience at one of its renowned landmarks.

Both itineraries feature visits to two wineries in the morning and one in the afternoon, culminating in a return to our starting point.
