Your private visit begins with meeting Champagne family winegrowers who have been rigorously selected for their respect for the environment and grand cru quality. The second visit to cellars after lunch is a great producer, Moet Chandon if available or of equivalent quality such as Ayala, Boizel or Mercier in Champagne avenue also. Visit of very deeps cellar dug in the chalk stone, 100 kilometers of cellars in Epernay ! We will pass through the village of the monk Dom Perignon and honor his grave in the abbey church of Hautvillers.
