We’ll visit five carefully chosen bars, each offering a signature pintxo paired with a perfectly matched local drink. Expect to taste wines from across the Basque Country and Spain, as well as local cider and Txakoli, our crisp, slightly sparkling white wine.

Every stop has been selected to highlight the connection between food and wine, and to help you discover the evolution of Basque cuisine—bite by bite, glass by glass.

Along the way, your bilingual guide will weave in stories of San Sebastian’s history, culture, and everyday life, giving you an insider’s perspective on how food connects people and carries tradition.
