We will be visiting two different iconic wine producers and we will discover their love and passion for the art of wine-making in Friuli Venezia Giulia, understanding the basics of tasting and winemaking, focusing on the different styles that made the region well-known across the globe.
Travel Itinerary
09.30: Pick up and Quick coffee at a Local Historical Bar;
10.15 - 12.45: Visit at the First Vineyard and Tasting of their most significant wines;
12.45-14.00: Light lunch at a Typical Italian Eatery;
14.00 - 16.30: Visit at the Second Vineyard of the day and Tasting of their Iconic wines;
17.30 (at the latest) Arrival back to the pick-up point.
Are you a real beginner? Don't you worry, we will even cover the basics of winemaking and wine production in Italy to get your bases covered! Are you a nerd like me? Don't you worry either, I am sure we will have plenty to talk about! Transport, water, and translation will be offered throughout the day. There will be the chance to buy some wines at the vineyard at great prices.
