Explore Hungarian wine in a day: Journey from Budapest to Páty's historic cellars, taste unique wines, and meet local winemakers with snacks included

Are you visiting Hungary but just have some days to spend only in Budapest? You always wanted to visit the wine regions in Hungary but had no time for that? Here is your great chance to do that during only one day. We will travel to Páty, which is a 20 minute drive from Budapest. Here you can find old, astonishing cellars, which were built in 1880. These typical cellars can be found only in this region and really looking like the Hobbit burrows in the Shrine from Lord of the Rings. During on our way to Páty we will give you a introduction to our thousands years old wine tradition. In the wine region we'll taste at least 4 different wines from different winemakers. Visiting a wine cellar where you will meet with the local winemaker and taste her/his wine in their cellars. As this is an interactive wine tasting, you will have lot's of opportunities o ask questions and to get familiar with our friends in the region. At the wine cellar our host will prepare some finger foods/snacks for you. After the program we take you back to Budapest.
