Experiencing Bairrada like never before

On this tour, we invite guests to visit the Portuguese capital of sparkling wines (Vinho espumante) and roasted sukling piglet (Leitão Assado à Bairrada), on the Bairrada Route.
After the participants pick up in Coimbra, we head to one of the cellars where there is a symbiosis of "Art, Wine and Passion", an underground museum.

After visiting and tasting sparkling wine, we will go to the village of Curia, to the association of the Bairrada Route wine shop. A place where all the region's wine producers are represented, giving us the privilege of knowing in one place the different wine products. Continuing the visit through the area, the next stop is at a restaurant, where we will understand the secret of making the typical "crispy" skin of roasted suckling piglet of Bairrada and also its flavor.
We will continue on a panoramic tour that will have passages in several wine estates and in one of the most traditional wineries in the region we will stop to visit, have direct contact with the "terroir", the grapes, the producer and of course a tasting of wines and sparkling wines.

Continuing our tour, we cannot fail to visit and taste the sparkling wine in one of the oldest wineries in the region.
After visiting we return to the starting point in Coimbra.
