Where is the Bairrada wine region located?

Located in the south of Área de Beira Interior, Bairrada is a wine region with Portugal's highest designation as Denominação de Origem Controlada (DOC). In recent years, it has also gained a great deal of popularity. It is a small, coastal area in the wider region of Beira Atlântico that is bordered on the northeast by Lafões IPR and on the east by Dão DOC.
