Flanders Wine Journey: Vineyard to Glass

You are introduced to all facets of the wine estate

Upon reception, you will be welcomed with the sparkling wine of the house, our own Signature Rosé, Signature Brut, Blanc de Blanc or Syx Sense according to the season or weather.

We walk in the vineyards with explanations about the different varieties (cepages)
We visit the machinery with an explanation of its operation and function.
Afterwords we visit the cuverie where the complete vinification process is explained.

We visit the 'ARK of Wines' where you can learn about Flemish & Belgian viticulture. Here you can also watch a short documentary.

Finally, there will be a tasting of 3 wines (or alternative) with appropriate appetizers in the form of a Tapas tasting plate.
