Tour Hemingwine at De Stefani
De Stefani winery invites you to take a guided tour of their estate and a wine tasting of their finest wines. The tour name is dedicated to Ernest Hemingway who had received the first treatment at the winery when he was injured during the first world war. The tour starts with a trip to the "Le Ronche" estates vineyard. Then, the guided tour of the wine making cellars to observe the wine making techniques follows and also into the ageing cellars to see the oak barrels and the barrique room. A guided wine tasting session is the highlight of the tour and includes 5 different wines.
