In Subirats, in the heart of the Penedès, enjoy a guided visit to a typical Catalan estate dating back to 1600, surrounded by vineyards and woodland, with views of the Monastery of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs.
We will visit the winery’s vineyards and learn about the history of the winery and the family, as well as the philosophy and key principles behind vineyard care and the production of wines and cavas, following a biodynamic approach.
At the end of the visit, we will enjoy a shared tapas-style lunch on the winery terrace of local gastronomy, paired with our wines and Cavas:
Enjoy local charcuterue and a cheese board, a seasonal salad, assorted tapas: artisanal Spanish omelette, Iberian ham, handmade hummus, sobrasada with honey, olives, with bread with tomato and catànies and carquiñolis for dessert.
