Le rose sono rosse e bianche, così come il vino, riempimi il bicchiere e starò bene. Come le linee, le rose assolute sono amate da tutti, e lo stesso vale anche per il vino. Al giorno d'oggi, bere vino sta diventando una tradizione. Anche i vini sono diventati il simbolo di una reputazione. Non solo bere vino è salutare, ma ogni fase coinvolta nella produzione del vino è salutare.

La prima è la viticoltura; in questo tutto viene fatto manualmente dai vignaioli invece che dalle macchine. Anche l'ambiente circostante è naturale, senza alcun disturbo causato dall'uomo. Le cantine hanno il profumo del vino diffuso ovunque.

C’è un’ottima positività ovunque perché tutti coloro che sono coinvolti nella vinificazione lavorano felicemente e con piena dedizione. Entrando nella sala degustazione, degusterete 6 vini e in aggiunta il nostro passito, con abbinamento di specialità gastronomiche locali. Potrete tenere il bicchiere e guardarvi intorno mentre degustate il vino durante la vostra visita.

An enchanting place where tradition, passion and professionalism frame a splendid structure. The elegance of the location corresponds with that of Assuli products. The aroma of the various wines produced tells a story that contains the smells and flavors of our Sicily. The highlight, in my humble opinion, is the Passito.

Assuli winery is a small Sicilian jewel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You can feel the passion and love for the craft in every sip of their wines. The visit to the winery also allows you to learn about the winemaking process explained with simplicity and dedication. Truly a 5-star experience

We were a group of 9 and did the full tasting experience, and it was absolutely wonderful! The winery tour lasted a little over an hour, and Gaspare, who is so passionate about wine, walked us through the entire process—from the vineyards to the bottle. After that, we enjoyed a wine tasting with detailed explanations for each wine, followed by some delicious food that we all loved. Gaspare and Michele even stayed with us to chat and answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this experience!

On the occasion of the "open cellars" day I had the opportunity to visit this winery: I was struck by the beauty of the structure and the landscape, but above all by the wines, red and white, which I appreciated very much. It is a young winery that, in my opinion, has all the prerequisites to grow and become an important name among the Marsala wineries.

Excellent winery both in terms of products, delicious wines, see Orlando or Furioso and many other labels, and as a beautiful location immersed in the vineyards as a winery should be. Thanks to open cellars we were able to taste all their wines and much more, the guys were very kind and affable, always ready to give you advice. Advised
