Wine Tasting and Tour at Villa Canthus

On weekends, Deborah opens the doors of the winery for visitors and serve them three wines from the assortment, accompanied by appetizers, Cicchetti, jams, homemade biscuits, and local products of Veneto region, such as cold cuts and cheeses. The wines to be tasted include – one sparkling wine, one white wine and one red wine. You can also choose to taste the wines of your choice.

The journey also comprises of a well-guided visit to the vineyards (when is possible) and the cellar. While roaming freely among the rows of grapes, the guide will explain the modern as well as the conventional methods of viticulture. Moreover, as you walk inside the cellar, you will get an opportunity to enrich your knowledge about all the winemaking stages and their aging and refining in the wooden oak barrels. The winery is certified SQNPI.The integrated crop or agriculture management is a voluntary production system which is realized when the technical norms foreseen for any kind of colture are observed for both the defense from all odds, and for all other agronomic practices such as fertilisation and irrigation.
