Each tasting is paired with delicious appetizers, including Cicchetti, jams, homemade biscuits, and local Veneto delicacies like cold cuts and cheeses. The tasting features a sparkling wine, a white wine, and a red wine, with the option to select your favorites.
Your experience includes a guided tour of our vineyards (weather permitting) and the cellar. As you stroll through the lush grapevines, our knowledgeable guide will share insights into both modern and traditional viticulture practices. Inside the cellar, you’ll learn about the intricate winemaking process, including aging and refining in oak barrels.
