The payment process is secured, we use https website address and 3D secure payment.

We accept the following payment methods at WineTourism.com:

  • Major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express)
  • Debit cards which can be used as credit cards

Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the event, for a full refund. Otherwise, you will not be refunded.

You cannot choose the currency for your payment; the price will automatically be presented in the currency of the country in which you booked your activity.

We propose gift cards from the amount you want to gift.

You are allowed to book an activity for someone else. If it is for a gift you need to tick the box “Offer as a Gift”, then you will receive by email the gift voucher for your gift.

If the domaine cancels your booking you will be totally refund and we will propose you other activities.

You cannot change your booking. Simply cancel your booking at least 48 hours prior to the event and select another activity.

Please contact us at contact@winetourism.com, the refund will depend on the reason for the cancellation.

Your payment will be deposited when you receive the confirmation email of your booking.

You can send an email to contact@winetourism.com asking for your invoice.
