Love for Prosecco at Colli del Soligo
The story of Colli del Soligo began in 1957, over 60 years ago, when 31 wine producers came together who shared a love for Prosecco, a talent for winemaking, and a love for their land. Over the years, they became one of the most important points of reference for wine production in Italy. In just a few years, the group of founders joined forces with other producers, who were attracted by the possibility of using the strength of this collaboration to promote their local areas and products, created through meticulous care for their vines.
Work at the winery
Today, the winery has around 600 cooperative members who are dedicated to carefully taking care of their vines day after day, allowing the team of oenologists to work with high-quality raw material and create wines that reflect the local area, with a well-recognized and precise identity. The vineyards are located in Soligo, Conegliano, Miane, Farra di Soligo, and Refrontolo. Almost 85% of the production is Glera (Prosecco), while Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Raboso, Merlot, and Pinot Nero are also grown.
They use traditional winemaking methods with cutting-edge technology and analysis to make distinct regional wines with great quality measures. The quality of the products is confirmed by Vegan, BIO, BRC, IFS, and 9001 certifications. They make Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, Prosecco DOC, Venezie DOC, and IGT wines. Their products include the Solicum line, Col de Mez, Prosecco DOC, still wine, sparkling wine, and Soligo beer. The excellent wines represent the terroir, and guests are welcome to taste wines and explore the place.
