Colutta Winery, Three Cultures
Colutta Wines is a renowned winery in Colli Orientali del Friuli, with 18 acres of vineyards in the middle of which is a pool. This area as a border to three countries, Austria, Slovenia, and Italy, is accordingly rich in culture and food inspired by three countries. Colutta Winery includes an seventeenth-century Padronale villa at the center of their cellar, barrel room, and state-of-the-art bottling facility.
A Family Success Story
In the year 1939, Antonio Colutta decided to buy a country house in Manzano with a small vineyard and thus began the story of Colutta Wines. Over the years, his sons followed his footsteps and developed the company into a viable business. Giorgio, grandson of Antonio is the owner of the family estate now and under his leadership, Colutta wines are achieving newer heights in wine business nationally and internationally.
