The Noemí Wines winery and estate of known for making wines while paying attention to the smallest and most special details. These wines are made to a genuine expression of the local terroir and to take drinkers on a sensory journey to the Spanish Winelands. The wines of Noemí Wines are made in the heart of the Valencia province of Spain between ancient vineyards. In this region, vines have been cultivated for 2500 years. At Noemi Wines, the story begins over 14 generations ago when the ancestors of Noemi Arroyo Perez founded the property. Noemi grew up helping her family in the vineyards and always dreamt of creating her own signature wines. Following this dream, she went on to train in viticulture and for the last 25 years has been pursuing her passion for producing local wines. Noemi believes that the most important ingredients for the production of her wines are dreams, the earth, excellent treatment of the wine, following the environment, sustainable viticulture, and a final touch of love.

The winemakers at Noemi Wines pride themselves on making wines with attention to detail, using selected vintages. Each bottle of Noemí Wines truly represents the best of the vintage, the Mediterranean character of the region, and the essence of the land. The gold award-winning wines that are produced at Noemí Wines include the Innate Tinto 2017, the Innate White 2019, and the Exuperio 2015. Along with this the estate also produces excellent Innate Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
