Raidis Estate, located on the northern edge of Penola in the center of Coonawarra, is a family-owned winery. Chris and Fran Raidis started the winery more than forty years ago, and today, the winery is operated by the next generation of the Raidis family. Emma and Stevo own the winery and take care of the vineyard and winery work. The winemakers produce premium wines with minimum intervention in their boutique vineyard using sustainable methods of viticulture.

Raidis Estate Winery loves having visitors and enjoys sharing their story of passionate wine production. It is more than a winery and a family business. The people at the winery live and breathe this lifestyle and believe that the best work can be done only if it is your true passion. The winemakers make use of goats in their vineyards. The goats go into the vines to clean the remaining fruit and stay in the vineyards to eat grass during the winter season. It helps making the soil healthy by returning its organic matter.
