Brief History about the Winery
The estate has a spectacular history that has embraced a love for wines over three generations to date. Started in 1877 by their great grandfather Gian Battista picked up his father’s agricultural holding Rizzi on the sunny hills in Valdadige in Trentino. Then in 1945, his sons Remo, Renzo, and Rino acquired the holding. The experiences and knowledge let them discover more and more in this production of wines.
Following the Traditional Wine Culture
The second generation has proved the dedication for wines and rebuilds the winery Maso Bianco, immersed in the holding’s vineyard. This tradition has let Remo start the winery as they faced destruction after WORLD WAR I. He handed over his passion to his sons Luigino and Claudio, and currently, they are embracing the great grandfather’s traditional wine culture at the peak.
The wines made here are full of passion and hard work. The journey has led them to cultivate different varieties of grapes, including Lugana, Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, and Cabernet Sauvignon. They also take care of their Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Cortese, along with Garganega, Tocai, Glera, Malvasia, and Merlot, with immense respect for nature.
The estate is the home of almost all kinds of wines, such as delicious red, white, and rose wines, combined with sparkling, dessert, and fortified wines.
