The winery is perfectly located at an extremely high altitude in the north-eastern part of the Andes Mountains. This location provides a wonderful cool climate on the mountains slopes that over look the Amboro National Park.
Vinos 1750 – Uvairenda is a very small winery and is considered one of the most beautiful hidden gems of the various Andes wine making regions.

The wines that are produced at Vinos 1750 – Uvairenda are considered to be elegant with notable acidity and medium plus to high alcohol content. This unique combination of characteristics is achievable thanks to the unique terroir of the region, cool temperatures during the growing season and very high levels of exposure to ultra violet rays. These factors also allow for the grapes to reach the perfect level of ripeness, very high level of tannins and phenolic concentration while retaining high acidity, which brings elegance and balance. This also allows for the wines to age beautifully and perfectly in a natural manner.
