F-J Regnery – A Family-Owned Mosel Winery Since the 1800s

Nestled among the picturesque slopes of Klüsserather Bruderschaft, F-J Regnery Winery thrives in the sun-kissed hills of the Mosel Valley. This esteemed estate not only crafts exceptional wines but also produces high-quality brandy, Riesling grappa, and verjus.

Founded in the 1800s by the Regnery family, this winery has a rich history of producing premium wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.

Part of the Bernkasteler Ring

In 1970, Franz-Josef Regnery made a pivotal decision to sell older vineyards and acquire new ones in the Klüsserather winegrowing area. At 80 years old, he remains actively involved in the winery. In 2000, his son Peter took over, continuing the family legacy with passion and commitment. The winery is now a proud member of the Bernkasteler Ring, an association of 34 top-quality Mosel winemakers.

Main Grape Varieties

Peter cultivates a diverse selection of grapes across eight hectares of steep Schiefer-Steillage Klüsserather Bruderschaft. The vineyard's Devonian slate soil is ideal for producing outstanding Riesling, Spätburgunder, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah. These grapes contribute to a range of high-quality red, white, sparkling, rosé, and dessert wines.

A Unique Wine Shop Experience

F-J Regnery Winery features a wine shop recognized among the top 50 in Germany. With its elegant wooden benches and stunning acrylic glass prints, the shop offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Guests can taste and purchase various vintages in a beautifully designed salesroom. An exquisite wooden staircase leads to a cozy area with panoramic views of the breathtaking vineyards.
