Weingut Paulushof is a delightful family-owned winery located in Punderich, a picturesque area of the Middle Moselle wine region. Managed by Karl and Tobias Dahm, this winery blends traditional winemaking techniques with modern technology to produce exceptional wines. Nestled between Koblenz and Trier, the Moselle Valley offers a serene escape from urban life, surrounded by stunning landscapes. Commitment to Organic and Sustainable Practices

At Weingut Paulushof, sustainability is a core value. The winery employs organic farming methods on the steep slopes of the Moselle, where the unique microclimate and soil conditions create an ideal environment for grape cultivation. The vineyard primarily grows Riesling, Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Spätburgunder, and Rivaner. Handpicked grapes are used to craft a diverse range of wines, including red, white, rosé, sparkling, and dessert varieties. The estate's standout is the Riesling, fermented naturally in the cellar without added yeasts. By prioritizing sustainable viticulture, Weingut Paulushof produces wines that reflect the distinct characteristics of the Moselle region.

Our very nice holiday apartment (Riesling) was tastefully and modernly furnished. The breakfast was great, very lovingly prepared and varied. Delicious tarte flambée was available here in the Paulushof on Mondays and Wednesdays. Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable.

Very friendly and attentive hostess, the dining room is stylishly decorated. Good selection of delicious wines. Tasty tarte flambée. Thank you very much, we felt comfortable 🙂! I can't rate the rooms because we only drank wine and ate tarte flambée.

A robust Thank You to Tobias and Esther! My wife & I juggle busy professional and personal schedules. We arrived in Puenderich with the intent to unplug and relax without children. The accommodations were very clean. The breakfasts were extensive. We really enjoyed their wine...(& flammkuchen, zwiebelkuchen evenings). We really appreciate you both being courteous and gracious hosts. Continues succes! Best Regards from Wisconsin, Scott and Julie Andrzejczak

For my big birthday I was at the Paulushof with my family and my brother-in-law's family. We felt very comfortable with the Dahm family. The weather was great too, so we were able to have breakfast together on the terrace tomorrow. We booked three holiday apartments and all of them were absolutely tidy and well to very well equipped. The only downer, which was not the host's fault, was the discontinued ferry service to the Marienburg side. Since I wrote an email to the mayor and the local council about this, I hope that the ferry service will be running again the next time we are in Pünderich.

We had the apartment "Morgenrot", which is at the back of the house. We really liked that because we had all to ourselves but could go out to the farm at any time. It's wonderfully quiet at night. The Dahm family puts a lot of effort into it and you can feel that the well-being of their guests is important to them. There are tarte flambée evenings in the wine bar, a bread roll service, a wine/water fridge that you can help yourself to and you can park your bikes safely.

The Paulshof is located in a very quiet part of Pünderich on the Moselle. We received a very friendly welcome from the Paushof team and were well looked after during our stay. The bread roll service worked perfectly. We really enjoyed the Abendsonne holiday apartment with its beautiful balcony and a great view of the viaduct. You can't find chilled drinks on a trust basis everywhere. A great place to start from here for waders and cyclists (e-bike recommended). All in all a guaranteed recommendation, we will definitely come back again. The one star deducted for the location because it could be a little nicer there. :-)
