A Classic Family Winery Running in the Third Generation
Surround by mesmerizing vineyards in the heart of Pfalz, Weinhaus Hermann Zöller is a family-owned winery rooted in the wine village of Kirrweiler. The company consists of a full-fledged winery, a well-equipped bar, and a well-furnished vacation home. Gear up for the winery’s special events, such as Wine Festival in July, our Kelterhaus Festival in August, and the big Krewe in September, where wine-food pairing will be worth experiencing.
Weinhaus Hermann Zöller – A Beautiful Story Laid after the World War II
Wine House Hermann Zöller was started as a mixed agriculture enterprise by the grandparents of the current owner. Later, the parents, Inge and Hermann Zöller, converted the company into a pure wine production business. Today, the third generation winemaker, Thomas Zöller, manages all the vineyards and cellar processes.
From Vineyards to the Cellar – Sustainable Viticulture
The vineyards are extended to more than 20 hectares, where fruity red and white varieties are grown with the utmost care. Around 60% of the land is covered with white varietals, such as Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Kerner, Scheurebe, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer, Morio Muscat, and Chardonnay. Some parcels are dedicated to high-quality reds, including Dornfelder, Portugieser, Pinot Noir, St. Laurent, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Regent.
A Newly Constructed Bar for Private Events
Organize your special events like birthdays, baptisms, private meetings, and business events in our bar. Sixty guests can be seated in the hall and can have delicious meals paired with wines. For tourists who want to stay overnight can make themselves home in our well-furnished vineyard-bordered courtyard.
