Journey through time and taste: tours' rich history and local wine experience

Get to discover the city of Tours, about 3000 years-old! From the Galls to the Romans, passing by Tours bishop Saint Martin's christianization of Europe in the 4th century, but also the italian Renaissance starting in France in the Loire Valley, in the Touraine area, before Paris. Discover also the elegant 19th century, the 2nd World War destructions and Saint Martin's basilica where his skull remains in the crypt.

Then we'll taste local wines in Tours wineries, "marchands de vin" as we need a vehicle to visit our wine cellars, mostly underground, in cliffs, not in the city centre.
