Two intensive days visiting and discovering the most famous vineyards of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape & Rhône valley wine appellation with lunch at two different restaurants renowned for the excellence of their local cuisine & the creativity of their chef. Each day we visit three vineyards, meet the team, visit the cellars and taste a variety of the wines produced. Normally each morning we visit one winemaker and two in the afternoon. Enjoy each day a three-course lunch with wine in a local village restaurant with wine. We will explore together the wine appellation areas of the lower Rhône valley and over the two days discover the wines of Côte du Rhône Village, Raster, Gigondas, Vaqueros, Lirac and of course Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Each day's activity last 8 hours, assuming we pick-up in Aix-en-Provence, Avignon or Marseille. Visits & tastings at three wineries each day, total six over the two days. Lunch each day - three course & coffee with wine. Travel & admission to all of the vineyards proposed with dedicated guide/driver & return to your hotel address. Air-conditioned SUV vehicle with phone chargers & bottled water throughout.
