Taste of Toulouse was founded in 2018 by Jessica, an American who wanted to show other English-speakers the culinary delights of her adopted hometown. As a former cheesemonger, certified French Wine Scholar, and French food obsessive, her goal is to help make French wine, food, and culture less intimidating and share her love of Toulouse and its amazing local businesses.

She's created a team of fellow food and wine aficionados who are equally passionate - and it shows! Taste of Toulouse has been featured in publications like Lonely Planet, National Geographic Traveler, The Guardian, The Sunday Times, BBC Good Food, and more.

Our experiences blend insider knowledge of the city and the surrounding wine regions with the desire to navigate the extremely delicious - but often confusing - world of French food and wine. We love watching our guests come away with increased confidence in exploring French food and wine, as well as a deeper appreciation for southwest France and its food culture.
