At around 9:30 you will be picked up by your sommelier-guide.

We’ll need about 50 minutes to get to the Utiel-Requena wine region. We’ll first go to the picturesque village of Requena, where we’ll visit some medieval wine caves that were used for storing cereals, meat and wine, the beautiful old clay pots are still there. We’ll do a first wine tasting there, before continuing to Utiel.

Our next stop is an authentic 19^th century winery, near in Utiel; we’ll get a guided tour through vineyards and cellars, and then a wine tasting of some of their finest wines.

For lunch we will stay at the same winery, a nice 4 course lunch, with more wine…; after lunch we head back to Valencia, where we should arrive at around 16:00.
