I'm an Oenologist from sunny South Africa and I absolutely love everything related to wine. I have a BCS degree in Viticulture and Oenology from Stellenbosch University, and a joint master’s degree in Wine Tourism Innovation from the Universities of Bordeaux, Tarragona, and Porto. I've had the pleasure of working in the wine industry globally, including South Africa, California, New Zealand, Austria, and many other places in between.

In 2019, I fell in love with Champagne. It wasn't just the bubbles or the stunning vineyards that won me over, it was the whole experience. I came to the region during the harvest, and from that moment, I knew that Champagne was where I belonged.

Since 2022, I've been working as an independent tour guide in the region, and I can honestly say that there is nothing that brings me more joy than sharing the beauty, history, and culture of Champagne with visitors. Seeing their faces light up as they taste their first glass of Champagne or marvel at the intricate process of making this exquisite wine is what makes my job so fulfilling.
