Pizza Skill
We have been working for years with tourists (and locals!) To promote authentic and sustainable Italian products. We will share with you the stories behind great products created by small artisans. We have taken various cooking courses (including at the Gualtiero Marchesi Academy) and we will prepare seasonal and somewhat "forgotten" recipes for you. The experience will be held in our home, in a typical Milanese building located in the charm of Via Washington. We will also tell you our personal stories and how we experience cooking and wine.
Learn to make an authentic Italian pizza with the benefit of a hands-on cooking class in Milan. Discover the art of perfecting your pizza dough and how to choose the right combinations of toppings for your pizza. Afterward, enjoy a meal of the pizza made during the class, accompanied by wine, beer, or soft drinks. You can also receive online support from the chef and access the updated video course later when preparing pizza at home.
