This is a countryside day to learn more about Provencal wines, try the best local appetizers and feel the peaceful atmosphere of authentic villages away from the hustle and bustle of tourism.
You'll admire the beautiful landscapes around Sainte Victoire mountain, have a walk through vines fields and visit 2 wineries where you'll taste the estate wines, learn more about art of tasting and wine productin. We'll have a game of pétanque in a very cute hilltop village with wines and Provencal appetizers that I'll prepare for you. Just like locals do !
Then, you'll have your lunch, in the heart of this pictoresque village or in the middle of the nature, in another restaurant few kilometers from there where I can drive you. Both are really good!
For the ens of the trip, you have a choice :
1/ Saint-Maximim-la-Sainte-Baume with its basilica where you'll find Mary Magdalene's skoll. A colourful town, the ancient capaital of Provence.
or
2/ Aix-en-Provence : beautiful boutiques, charming squares, a perfect place to experience the french Art de Vivre.
