An immediate journey to discover the identity of Terrazze dell’Etna through two interpretations of its principal grape variety.
On one hand, Ciuri, a Nerello Mascalese vinified as a white wine: fresh, aromatic, and surprising. On the other hand, Cratere, a blend of Nerello Mascalese and Petit Verdot: an international expression of Etna which opens up to a cosmopolitan taste while simultaneously holding tight to its origins.
Tasting includes: Ciuri IGT, Cratere IGT

A wonderful experience on Mount Etna. A visit to the picturesque vineyards followed by a wine tasting at the winery. The fine wines were further enhanced by the expert explanations of our sommelier, Daniela. She succeeded in conveying her enthusiasm for the wines we tasted.

Nestled in the stillness of the black lava, the green of the vineyards, the blue of the sky, the yellow of the wildflowers, and the white of the butterflies, we spent four idyllic days, pampered by Daniela. The small house was perfect for four people, and the highlight was breakfast amidst the vines. We were blessed with a "divine sunset" during which we could taste the winery's wines, from the Metodo Classico to the Pinot Noir, including the Cirneco (my favorite), all accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses. Absolutely fantastic!
